1/15/05 to 7/08 - Service Corporation International : Houston – Technical Instructional Designer.
Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and training staff to design and develop courses. Courses are SCORM conformant and reside on an LMS. Tools for development are Flash, Captivate, Camtasia, Flash Form, ToolBook, etc. Green Screen video editing and audio production are utilized to enhance the user experience (Sound Forge, Acid, Adobe Audition).
- Set and maintain standards of quality, design, language, and appearance across multiple delivery formats through the use of templates, style guides, and content/asset libraries
- Extensive experiences in all phases of instructional design: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

- Flash Based Delivery of Courses within an XML/HTML wrapper. (Captivate)

Most recent client: ExxonMobil – Creation of Flash/HTML/CDROM presentations. Studio Recording of Voice Over talent via ProTools LE.
Worked with various ExxonMobil Depts on E-Learning presentations. The E-Learning piece I helped build was created in HTML and Flash, and was aimed at instructing managers on how to input employee salary increases into the payroll system.

Designed and converted video into FLASH.

Duties included finding and recruiting web/it talent. Interviewing, testing, and placing talent. Working with clients on staffing needs.
Developed Marketing Strategies for company.
From 95-97 company was called MacTemps.

Raised money for Scouting. Sold Scouting to community. Managed staff of 35 reps.
